With convenient, secure parking outside the city and free regular shuttle buses to the city centre, it’s the smartest way to arrive.
Where to park for the Fleadh in Belfast?
Choose from three official Fleadh Park and Ride sites located close to the main approach routes:

Eikon Exhibition Centre (near M1) - Single day or multi‑day parking

How does the Fleadh shuttle bus work?
To support visitors of all ages and abilities, all shuttle buses are fully accessible with low‑floor vehicles. Blue Badge parking is also available close to shuttle bus pick-up points.
Fleadh Belfast City-bound Service
All services start at 7.30am.
Services from the Eikon Exhibition Centre, Sprucefield to Grand Central Station will run every 10 minutes.
Services from Belfast Harbour and Giant’s Park to Laganside Bus Station will run every 15 minutes before 9am and every 10 minutes across the remaining peak hours.
Fleadh Belfast Return Service
On Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August, the return shuttle bus services from Grand Central Station and Laganside Bus Station will start from 8am and run at regular intervals until 2am.
On Monday 10 August, the return services from Grand Central Station and Laganside Bus Station will start from 9am.
Grand Central Station shuttles will run every 45 minutes until the last bus at 12 noon.
Giant's Park and Belfast Harbour shuttles will run every 30 minutes until the last bus at 12 noon.
How much does Fleadh car parking cost?
Parking at the Fleadh Park and Ride sites costs £10 per vehicle per day.
How do I book a Fleadh Park and Ride?
Parking is booked in advance using the RingGo website or app.
You can download the RingGo app or open it directly using this link: Pay with RingGo
You can also choose to pay on arrival through IPS cashless parking machines or their ParkSmarter app.
Prebooking speeds up entry to the site. A convenience fee of 10p per transaction will apply when booking online. Additional charges apply for optional SMS messages.
If you don’t have an existing RingGo account, it’s easy to create one. You need to enter your mobile number, email address and create a password. If entering a non-UK mobile number, include country code +353 as prefix.
Once you’re set up, booking a parking space takes just a few steps:

Park and Ride is expected to be the most popular choice for people arriving by car, offering a reliable way to avoid road closures and parking challenges. Choosing Park and Ride provides secure parking and helps keep your journey moving.
Reaching the Park and Ride sites
Turn off sat nav and follow the specific Fleadh directional signs to your Park and Ride site.
Eikon Exhibition Centre
Drivers approaching from the south should use the A1 Hillsborough Dual carriageway and access the Park and Ride via Harrys Road which is the first left turn after the Hillsborough Roundabout.
Visitors travelling from the West should take the M1 Motorway and leave at junction 8 (Blaris) where they will be directed to travel via the A101 and A1 Hillsborough Road, Sprucefield Roundabout, and Blaris Road.
Traffic from the North West can travel along the A26, Moira Roundabout, then along the A3 Moira Road towards Lisburn, accessing the park and ride via Halftown Road.
Lisburn Traffic should take the A3 Moira Road out of Lisburn and access the park and ride via the Halftown Road.
Those travelling from Belfast should travel south on the M1 Motorway, leaving the motorway at junction 7 (Sprucefield), and follow the direction signage for A1 Lisburn, Hillsborough Road and Blaris Road.
Giant's Park
Access for the Park and Ride via the M2 junction at Fortwilliam, Fortwilliam roundabout and Dargan Road.
Belfast Harbour
Access for the Park and Ride via the A2 and Holywood exchange.

Booking and Payment
Do I need to download the RingGo app?
No, you have the option to book via the RingGo website (without downloading) or using the app.
Can I pay when I arrive?
Yes, you can pay on arrival using IPS contactless machines on site, their ParkSmarter app or the RingGo app. Pre‑booking speeds up entry. Pre‑booking does not guarantee a space, so arrive early on busy days and peak times.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
RingGo will send you a confirmation once your booking has been completed successfully.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?

Accessibility
Is Blue Badge parking available?
Yes, each site has a designated Blue Badge area close to shuttle pick‑up. Surfaces are temporary and may not be fully paved. All shuttle buses are accessible.
Parking Rules
Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Only at Eikon and Belfast Harbour (multi‑day sites) and you have paid for overnight parking. No live‑in vehicles are permitted to stay overnight. Giant’s Park is single‑day parking site only.
Is there security?
Yes, all sites have 24/7 security.
Enforcement
What if I forget to pay?
You must pay upon entry. Failure to pay or overstaying will result in a Penalty Charge.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, you can pay for additional time via your RingGo account except at Giant’s Park (day access only).
How are charges enforced?
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras record entry and exit times.
