TG4

TG4 is delighted to be at the heart of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Belfast 2026, bringing the very best of Irish music, song and dance to audiences around the world.

As hundreds of thousands gather in Belfast for this landmark celebration, TG4 will capture the energy, emotion and unforgettable atmosphere of the Fleadh, from world-class performances and special collaborations to competitions, stories and plenty of craic.

Produced by the award-winning Power Pictures, Fleadh26 will be presented by Doireann Ní Ghlacáin, Peadar Ó Goill and Gráinne McElwain, three voices with deep connections to Irish culture, music and broadcasting.

Live competition coverage (Na Comórtais) will also stream from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th August on TradTG4 YouTube, Comhaltas.ie and Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026 on Facebook. Na Comórtais will be presented by musician Freda Nic Giolla Chatháin.

TG4’s live coverage airs nightly from August 6th–9th at 9.30pm and worldwide on TG4.ie.

Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh and Dáithí Ó Sé will be capturing the vibrancy of the festival for a six-part series, Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026, which will be available on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player later this year. The series is produced by Red Shoe Productions for RTÉ.
