Fleadh Fringe - Neighbourhoods
The Fleadh Fringe is a city-wide cultural programme running alongside Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann. It brings together artists, communities, venues and organisations to create an open, inclusive celebration of Belfast’s cultural life.
