Volunteer at the Fleadh in Belfast
Volunteer Now have reached an impressive milestone on its journey with over 1300 volunteers signed up the world’s biggest celebration of Irish music and culture.
The volunteers have signed up to support the delivery of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026 in a variety of roles.
Those recruited will play a vital role as street ambassadors, competition support and other key positions as they help welcome the iconic event to the city for the first time from Sunday 2 to Sunday 9 August.
Volunteers have signed up from all parts of Belfast, Ireland and across the world, following a successful recruitment drive from Volunteer Now, together with Belfast City Council, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and Ards CCÉ.
Opportunities for training and volunteer info sessions will be led by Volunteer Now, with further information available at Volunteer Now – Promoting volunteering across Northern Ireland
RESERVE LIST NOW OPEN – The response to volunteer at Fleadh Cheoil 2026 with Volunteer Now has been truly overwhelming and all spaces have now been filled. As a result, a reserve list is now open where you can sign up to be at the top of the list if shifts become available.
