- Completed forms, stamped addressed envelope and appropriate fee to be sent to Comhaltas Head Office, c/o Clare Walsh, 32 Belgrave Square, Monkstown, Co Dublin A94 XV02.

This adjudication Sheet is confidential between Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and the competitor, Branch Secretary/Tutor and may not be disclosed or reproduced in whole or in part. Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann does not share personal data with third parties. The data and contact details that are provided are used by CCÉ for the purposes of Comhaltas administration and activities.
