Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Traffic Management Plan 4th – 11th of August 2024

  • Red – Town Centre Roads/Streets to be closed from 10.00am to 4.00am the following day.
  • Wexford Bridge to be closed to private vehicles from 10.00am to 4.00am the following day.
  • Redmond Square – limited access for public transport & access to supermarket only.
  • Blue Routes / Soft Closure – restricted access.
  • Green Routes/Safe Routes – routes for use by emergency services.
  • Black arrows – temporary one-way system.

Scoil Éigse

The 50th Annual Scoil Éigse organised by  Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann takes place in Wexford town 4th to 9th August 2024. At Scoil Éigse, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann’s annual international summer school, students of all ages register for the various instrumental music, singing, dancing and Irish language classes.

Come and meet our Wexford Food Producers and taste the very best that Wexford has to offer at the ‘Wexford Fleadh Artisan Food Hall’ located at the Wexford Presbyterian Church, Anne Street, Wexford.

The Wexford Fleadh Artisan Food Hall runs from Wednesday 7th August to Sunday 11th August and is open daily from 10am – 5.30pm.

This very special event for the 2024 Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann is presented by The Wexford Food Producers Network – In Association with Wexford Co.Council and Wexford Local Enterprise Office.
