Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 – Fundraising Car Draw Raffle Terms and Conditions:
- Description of Raffle. By participating in the ‘Car Draw’ Raffle benefitting Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Mullingar 2023, each participant (“Entrant”) is subject to, and agrees to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is a fundraising tool to support the running costs of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann which will take place in Mullingar between 6th and 14th August 2023, and by participating in the Raffle, Entrants acknowledge, understand, and agree that their participation in the Raffle is voluntary and motivated by their desire to make a contribution to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 and not for personal financial gain. The Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 encourages Entrants to participate in the Raffle responsibly.
- Eligibility. Only those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the commencement of this Raffle are eligible to participate in the Raffle, subject to the Terms and Conditions. The Fleadh Executive Committee members of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 are not eligible to enter the Raffle.
- How to Enter. Raffle tickets (the “Tickets”) will be sold in person (from committee members) and online – the digital ticket will be available to purchase online via this link https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/FleadhCheoilMullingar2023BigCarDraw
- There is no limit to the number of Tickets that may be sold.
- Entrants may enter the Raffle by purchasing Tickets from committee members, various outlets or on the above link during the Raffle Period at the following prices: one (1) Ticket for twenty euro (€20.00) or three (3) Tickets for fifty euro (€50.00) No other discounts or complimentary tickets will be provided. All ticket purchases are final – no refunds will be issued. Ticket pricing subject to change at FEC’s sole discretion.
- Prize. The first prize is a Volkswagen Golf Life 2.0 TDI 115bhp. The second prize is €1,000 The third prize is €500
- Selection of the Winners. The Raffle will run until Sunday 13th August 2023 when the draw will be made on the Gig Rig stage in Mullingar at the closing ceremony of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann. In the event that any of the Winners: (a) cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days after the draw is made (b) is ruled ineligible for any reason; or (c) refuses any of the Prizes, the Prize will be forfeited and retained by The Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023, with every reasonable effort being made to contact the winners.
- Absolutely no cash alternative will be made available for product prizes.
- Odds. The odds of a specific Raffle Ticket being the winning Raffle Ticket will depend upon the total number of Raffle Tickets purchased during the raffle period
- Transfer of Raffle Tickets. Raffle tickets cannot be transferred to another. If you wish to purchase Raffle tickets as a gift for someone else, you should enter their name and contact details when purchasing tickets.
- Disclaimer. The Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, or who is otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Raffle for any reason including—but not limited to—any Raffle that is not capable of completion as planned, infection by tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort, fraud, or act of God. The Fleadh Executive Committee of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 further reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
