2025 Trader Applications are now closed

Traditional musicians of all ages will gather in Wexford 3rd August to 10th August for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2025.  Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann is the world’s largest annual celebration of Irish music, language, song and dance. It attracts in the region of 500,000 visitors to the host town every year. The Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann Event will be hosted in Wexford this year in conjunction with the local Fleadh Executive Committee and in association with Wexford County Council. 

Event Location: Wexford Town Centre

Event Dates: Sun 3rd August to Sun 10th August (number of trading days to be confirmed)

Trading Times: 11:00am – 12:00am (Approximate times  – exact schedule to be confirmed)

Please note, the application process is done in two phases:

Phase 1 – Submit an Expression of Interest Form

Closing date to submit an expressions of interest form is 21st March 2025 ** 2025 Trader Applications are now closed**
IMPORTANT NOTE: This application form is an expression of interest only. Trading at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann is limited and not guaranteed.

Phase 2 – Document Submission Form

Only selected units who we will individually approach with an offer will be asked to submit the full documentation

• Once the Expression of Interest phase closes on 21st March, we will start assessing all applicants.
• Units considered suitable for the event will be approached with an offer.
• Offers will be sent no sooner than mid May.
• Offer will include the cost of trading:
  1. Pitch fee
  2. Site services fee
• If the offer is accepted by the unit, we will send the Document Submission Form. 
• If we do not send you an offer by mid-May 2025 please consider your application unsuccessful.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Due to huge interest WE WILL ONLY BE RESPONDING TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES. If your application is successful our Trader Manager will be in touch soon with the relevant information
• We are not in position to answer individual questions. Communication will be established only with candidates considered suitable for the event after they have filled the form and submitted all the mandatory info.
